  • You are NOT entitled to employee benefits (PF, ESI, medical insurance)
  • You control your work schedule and methods
  • You are responsible for your own taxes
  • Tappyon does NOT provide tools, equipment, or materials
  • No employer-employee relationship exists
  • You bear all business risks and liabilities

  • Creating fraudulent bookings for commission
  • Manipulating payment systems
  • Using promotional codes unethically
