Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Consumers:
  • Consumers can cancel any booking anytime before the appointment.
  • No cancellation charge applies since Tappyon does not collect booking payments.
  • If a Partner collects any advance payment directly, refund will be as per Partner’s shop policy.
For Partners:
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
  • Auto-renewal can be disabled before the next billing date from the Partner dashboard.
