Refund & Cancellation Policy
For Consumers:
- Consumers can cancel any booking anytime before the appointment.
- No cancellation charge applies since Tappyon does not collect booking payments.
- If a Partner collects any advance payment directly, refund will be as per Partner’s shop policy.
For Partners:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
- Auto-renewal can be disabled before the next billing date from the Partner dashboard.
