3. Platform Overview
App-First Platform: Tappyon is an app-first service booking platform. All service bookings, payments, and service management MUST be done through the mobile application ONLY. The website is purely informational and does not support booking functionality.
Tappyon operates as an intermediary platform that connects users with independent service partners. We do not:
- Directly employ service partners
- Provide services ourselves
- Guarantee service quality or outcomes
- Control partner schedules or methods
4. Eligibility
To use Tappyon, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of India
- Have a valid mobile number and email address
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate.
5. User Account
5.1 Registration

- Provide valid name, email, phone number, and location
- Verify your mobile number via OTP
- One person = One account (multiple accounts are prohibited)

- Do not share your login credentials with others

5.3 Account Suspension/Termination

6. Service Booking

- Receive booking confirmation via SMS/email
- Service partner will arrive at scheduled time

- Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Prices may vary based on location, time, and service complexity
- Final pricing is confirmed before payment
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
- Promotional discounts are subject to terms and availability
6.3 Payment
- Payment must be completed through the App
- Accepted methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets
- Cash payments may be accepted at partner discretion
- Payment confirmation is required to finalize booking
- Invoices are sent via email/app after service completion
7. User Responsibilities
As a Tappyon user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate service location and contact details
- Be available at the scheduled time
- Treat service partners with respect and courtesy
- Not engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
- Not request services outside the Tappyon platform
- Not interfere with platform operations or security
- Not use the platform for illegal activities
- Report any issues or disputes through proper channels
- Provide a safe and accessible working environment for partners
8. Service Partner Relationship
Independent Contractors: All service partners are independent contractors, not employees of Tappyon. Service partners are solely responsible for:
- Quality of work and service delivery
- Tools, equipment, and materials
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
- Their conduct and behavior
- Any damages or losses caused during service
Tappyon acts only as a platform facilitator and is not liable for partner actions.

- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled time
- Cancellations within 2 hours may incur charges
- Partner-initiated cancellations result in full refund
- Excessive cancellations may lead to account restrictions
10. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee: Tappyon does NOT guarantee:
- Quality, safety, or legality of services
- Accuracy of service partner profiles
- Timely service delivery
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free platform operation
10.2 Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tappyon shall NOT be liable for:
- Any damages caused by service partners
- Loss of property, injury, or death arising from services
- Disputes between users and service partners
- Service delays, cancellations, or no-shows
- Technical issues, app downtime, or data loss
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Third-party payment gateway failures
Maximum Liability: In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Tappyon platform, including but not limited to:
- Tappyon name, logo, and branding
- App design, layout, and user interface
- Text, graphics, images, and icons
- Software code and algorithms
- Service descriptions and pricing

You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content
- Use Tappyon branding without written permission
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the App
- Create derivative works or competing platforms
12. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse service partners or other users
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Scrape or extract data from the platform
- Manipulate ratings or reviews
- Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions
- Offer or accept payments outside the platform
- Use automated bots or scripts
13. Service Availability
Tappyon is currently available in select cities in India. We reserve the right to:
- Expand or restrict service areas
- Add or remove service categories
- Modify platform features
- Discontinue services with or without notice
We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
14. User Reviews and Ratings
- You can rate and review service partners after service completion
- Reviews must be honest, factual, and respectful
- We reserve the right to remove inappropriate reviews
- False or malicious reviews may result in account suspension
- Reviews are public and visible to other users
15. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of Tappyon is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to:

- Communication via email, SMS, and push notifications
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tappyon, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

17. Dispute Resolution
